There are 4 mushrooms you need to defeat for this achievement. You have to be evil to defeat 2 of them and good to defeat other 2. You can either farm deeds to change your morality or use the artifact to reverse it instantly (only works twice). To reach the artifact you need to unlock crystal arrows [story related] and complete Maneater side quest. Mushrooms respawn so you can complete their side quests even after you killed them, just have to be in proper morality.
