This achievement is related to mushroom mini bosses. You can find some during your journey, they are usually tasks for side quests. If you don't decline your first side quest (The be Dragons) you will run into one naturally.
A mushroom boss transforms into the smaller mushroom that you can roll there and back. Just roll the mushroom into it's lair (looks like a pen) and you are good.
