How to unlock the An Empty Man In An Empty Shell achievement in Blackwind - Definitive Guide
Story related, cannot be missed.
This will be the final major battle in the game, and it is a reasonable challenge. You will have to face off against Venger in his Mark I suit, and deal with a number of stationary turrets, some spawning enemies (both Soldiers and Hybrids along with a few enemy Drones), and to start the fight there will be 2 giant Mechs as well. You can easily get overrun if you aren't prepared.
I would recommend going into the battle with a full Black Mode and it is quite helpful to have upgraded the Power Wave to maximum diameter and at least some extra damage and the fire damage over time add on. A single Power Wave will destroy standard enemies, turrets and will put Hybrids into red so they are prepped to be killed with . It will also take a Mech down to red for the first phase of termination, and after dealing with that, a second Power wave will prep them for final take down.
My strategy here was to use Black Mode right off the bat and try to get up to the upper portion of the arena. You want to try to activate Power Wave when you are in the middle of a bunch of enemies. Concentrate on the Mechs first as they dish out a lot of damage. You will probably take out most of the smaller enemies anyway, and if you line it up well, both Mechs will be red with one Power Wave. Perform on both, then use a second Power Wave to set them up for a final kill. They will drop a lot of health on dying, so don't worry too much about damage yet.
If you can get to the stationary turrets, take them out next - there are 2 on each side. There will be yellow and green containers around them, so a Power Wave on each side will get everything destroyed and recharge you.
At this point you may have a few more enemies to deal with, and Venger who you hopefully will have damaged while dealing with the above. Keep your distance from Venger as he likes to spam seeking missles, and try to move around the arena to collect health and refill your power bars. Keep firing at him and use Power Wave whenever you can and it shouldn't take too long to take him down.
See video below for reference.
