This will come as you progress through the game on the Mining Facilities Level. Most switches require you to interact with them to activate, but in a few Levels switches are on elevated walls or unreachable platforms, and instead you need to shoot them to activate them. The first instance is in the Mining Facilities, and you can't progress without activating such a switch, so this is a trophy that will come naturally.
