There are a total of 15 Skins available for your mech. Apart from the one you start with, there are 14 you will need to collect. These are found in levels and appear as large glowing red spheres.

Once you have collected your first skin, go to any upgrade portal (large red dot on your mini map), and equip it from the upgrade menu, and this trophy will unlock.
