Blackwind

Unlocks on the 2nd floor of the Maelstrom Military Base. Essentially the goal of this floor is to unlock the main terminal doors, which are directly in front of you when you start the floor. This door is locked with a double pass code. The rest of the floor consists of two large wings - one to the left and one to the right of the entrance corridor. Each wing has a small room that has a switch that will unlock one of the two passcodes. These small rooms are themselves protected by a key, which you'll need to locate elsewhere in the expanded wing.

Once you have cleared both wings, got the keys to unlock both small rooms, and activated both switches, the main door will open and this trophy will unlock.
