This trophy and Coffee Makes Me Nervous! 
are possibly the most annoying trophies in the game. I have grouped them together as you'll probably work on them at the same time. Both must be done in the Arcadian Research Facility. As noted, there is a ton of destructible environmental objects. For these 2 trophies, you must destroy all the Photocopier Machines and Coffee Makers in the entire base.
The annoying part is, there is no counter, they are not marked, and even if you are firing non-stop, it is often difficult to tell if you have destroyed everything in a room or not. The camera angle can obscure things and sometimes your weapon fire is blocked by indestructible items, so you think everything has been destroyed, but it hasn't.
On the bright side, everything you destroy is saved when you leave the level. So you can progress through destroying as much as you can, and if the trophies pop, great. If not, you'll have to back track here later anyway for a Skin, so we can get it during clean up.
To make life easier, upgrade your Punisher Attack to maximum diameter and increased damage. This is much more effective for destroying every object within the Attack radius. Now slowly back track through the Facility, and do Punisher Attacks (
then 
) everywhere. The Photocopiers and Coffee Machines are only located in rooms (none are in corridors), and mostly they are against walls. Be methodical as you back track and this shouldn't give you too much trouble.
