A termination can be performed on any enemies once they get low enough on health. You will know that they are vulnerable once they start to glow red. The game teaches this mechanic early in the introductory level. Approach any glowing red enemy and press 
to peform a finishing move and earn this trophy.
You will eventually need to do this 30 and 60 times for additional trophies (Merciless
