The Mining Facilities is the second main Level in the game. For this trophy, you will need to destroy every Locker in the Level. Most are clearly visible along your main path, but a few are on the platforms you jump up to. There are no hidden Lockers.
Unfortunately there is no tracker for this, and Lockers aren't identified on the mini map, so you'll just have to progress slowly through the level and shoot everything. Most Lockers come in sets of 2 or 3, but there are a few solo Lockers as well.
If you reach the end of the Level and don't have the trophy, you can Fast Travel back at any time. Progress is saved, so previously destroyed Lockers won't reset, and as soon as you destroy the missing Locker(s), the trophy will unlock.
