As you progress through the short introductory level, you will encounter the first batch of alien enemies and the game will prompt you to attack with your secondary weapon. Hold 
to tag enemies and release it to launch your missiles. Once you release the first missile, this trophy will pop. Going forward you need to collect yellow orbs to recharge your secondary weapon, and you will be gaining upgrades and additional secondary weapon options. Each use of Missles will consume one bar of yellow energy.
