Raknos War Beasts are a new type of enemy first found in Woods of Mirkania (North). They look like giant rhinos and take a ton of damage to kill. Main attacks are missles from a distance and a dash/ground pound move if you get close to them. Simply strafe around them and use your ranged weapons (main gun and missles work well) until they start to flash red, then get close and finish them with . You will encounter quite a few of them throughout the Woods, so this trophy will come naturally.
