For this achievement you just need to kill 100 enemies during time rewind.
So here is what you do. Very late in the game something will happen that will increase your attack power. You'll be swarmed by tons of enemies. Lure them into a group, then use Time Rewind and kill them while time is catching back up. Die or reload a checkpoint after you've killed most everyone and repeat. Best done with a Massive Ignition/Heavy Strike/Freeze spell.

The "time rewind beserk buff" refers to the additional damage you do when in time rewind. It seemed pretty clear to me.

I didn't see anything about it in the manual or in-game, and the people I asked about the achievement at the time had no clue what it was either. I'm not saying you are wrong, but where did you find out about it?
