Very late into the Brutal Town area you'll enter a fairly big room with a bunch of those flying heads. After killing them all, a bunch of zombies will spawn, including two zombies with those gigantic shields. Attack them until you get the chance to counter with RB, do so. Punch them in the face with X. After you jump off, rewind time until your clone is punching them in the face and press RB, you should kill him. Repeat for the second one. Now die or reload your checkpoint. You'll respawn right before the zombies spawn, at which point you can do it again. After you've done it 25 times, you'll get the achievement.

just want to point out that your solution is about brutal town, not brutal lands. which means you should go through level 9. but brutal lands is level 8

You can do this in chapter 2 after you Shoot the guy his Magic Armor off and KILL him.
A second guy will come with a Big Shield in his hands kill him 25 times like the other solution it say s and the achievmement is yours.

There is an autosave right after killing that guy, making it a crappy place to get the cheevo because you have to start the level from the beginning every time.
