This one's a liiiiiittle obvious. It's on the post just before you leave the parking lot.

However, before you leave the parking lot, you probably want to grab the photo on the hood of the car to the left.

...as well as the photo next to the box on the ground in the middle of the parking lot.

When you are able to move around after the cutscene at the beginning, walk forward towards the forest and on the wooden pole to the right there is the wooden doll.

Simply pick the doll up and the 15G is yours!smile

located on the right on the fence before entering the forest, the very beginning of the game
