There are 6 health increases in the game which you get from finding and talking to the lady with the swords stuck in her chest in each of the 6 locations she appears.

You can increase your maximum health by finding and talking to the Lady of the Six Sorrows. Do this six times and the trophy is yours. You can find her here:

- Desecrated Cistern. From the Prie Dieu you come to after defeating Ten Piedad, simply continue going left.
- Graveyard of the Peaks. After riding the elevator down from the Convent of Our Lady of the Charred Visage, jump onto it and enter the room to right.
- Desecrated Cistern. After the Tres Anguistas fight, continue to the right, through the elevator shaft.
- Library of the Negated Words. In the room directly under the Prie Dieu in the middle of the stage, there is a hidden room to the right.
- Archcathedral Rooftops. From the elevator that requires the three masks, continue right on the lowest floor and climb up.
- Convent of Our Lady of the Charred Visage. You can only reach this by coming from the Wall of Holy Prohibitions. Just continue to the left from the cable cara ride.
