Esdras, of the Anointed Legion is the boss of The Bridge of Three Cavalries. Defeat him to get this trophy. The boss fight will only occur once you have acquired all three Wounds from the prior boss fights. Remember to also not use any Bile Vessels during the fight if you are going for Requiem Aeternam.
