Less of a guide but more of a discussion. I have 45/46 and haven’t been able to unlock this. I’ll update this guide when I manage to get it but right now it seems like there are still problems earning this when all other achievements are unlocked. Looking for help, thanks.

Please do not downvote this solution. I’ve been in contact with Team17 support on twitter and they are looking into the issue but have had trouble recreating the issue. I’d like to provide as much information as I can here to help others in my position.

So is there a single person here who have done more than a single save file, and this still popped? Trying to do the speedrun on NG+, and it's looking like I won't be able to make. So that means I'll literally have to play the entire rest of the game, just to start over on NG+ again, and then again because the walkthough is out of date and I missed a boss fight because of that. So I missed a single boss not to use bile flasks on for that achievement.

I liked this game a lot, but not 3-4 full playthroughs a lot.

Edit: Woo, ended up getting Bronze Medal after all. So with that, all I need is Crossing Souls, I'll edit again if The Penitent One pops after I get it.

Edit 2: Alright, this popped after I got Crossing Souls. YMMV of course, I did everything on a single save, first playthrough was for the 100% and everything that entails. Second was on NG+, got Bronze Medal, fought Esdras of the Anointed Legion as in my first playthrough I set in motion the way to get the true ending that was introduced in a 2021 update, which causes that fight not to happen. Then I got Requiem Aeternam from beating Esdras without using any flasks as in my first playthrough I beat all the other bosses without flasks. And then of course Crossing Souls.

Let me know if you find a solution. I have the exact same issue (since last July) and went back and forth with Team17 to come up with a fix. They're super responsive, but ultimately, couldn't help me. I tried everything they suggested, and some other things I found in the Forum here, but still stuck at 45/46. Super frustrating.

@Paw McCartney I totally will if I can get anything. When I was in communication with them, they said that the issue has been reported before but they were unable to recreate it. I think the solution might be a patch that scans for achievements upon launch or an “Achievement Check” in the extras to scan for it

Add me to the list too SMH I have all the achievements but the achievement for getting all of the achievements. It really is frustrating to have done everything and not get the completion that I went for because I was really enjoying the game. I still think this game was phenomenal but it disappoints me to have done all of that for what feels like nothing now since my efforts ended up being wasted from this bugged achievement

I'm still in the middle of the game, but it concerns me that it's glitchy. I've been wondering if it has something related to doing achievements in different saves. For example, doing the bridge one in a new save or the meeting one. What do you guys think about it?

Also didn't unlock for me. I started NG+ on 99% because i'm an idiot and didn't realise it would reset, for some reason i thought it would stay at 99 and go to 150%, so i decided to just do a fresh new game for bronze medal/100% without the added difficutly and those unlocked but this didnt.

While you do need multiple playthroughs technically, in theory you could do the ones you missed in the NG+ on the same ascended playthrough.

@Dave Bodom sound about right with the rest of our experiences. I see you didn’t get the 100% achievement either. I’m doubtful it’ll be fixed for the small minority of people that care about completion. Hope you enjoyed the game!

Glitched for me, did one 100% playthrough in one save and the rest of achievements in other, even after I did the achievements I left for the other save in my 100% one in NG+ the achievement didn't unlock.

I tried replaying the game from scratch after failing to get The Penitent One around 3/14/2023. I had erased all the files I had on my profile and started anew. I got all the achievements again but it still didn’t unlock it, using the in-game achievement tracker for reference. I suspect that those of us who couldn’t unlock it the first time won’t be able to until the achievement is fixed.

This unlocked properly for me today after unlocking all other achievements. No extra steps necessary. Maybe this is patched?

@Sniggleworth - It's only happening to a small percentage of the community - the game hasn't had any updates in quite a while. Did you happen to do it all on one save file, or did you use multiple?

Paw McCatney I did everything across two save files. Most were done on my first, but I did the Bronze Medal chievo on a separate file.

I've been able to contact some of the other players who had gotten the achievement. Some said that they did it in multiple files while others did it in only one. In other words it doesn't seem to matter how the achievement is acquired, but for some reason some players can still get bugged.

I had also contacted xbox live support some time ago, and they told me that they couldn't even find the achievement itself, as if it didn't exist. Ultimately, they recommended that I contact the developers. The developers in turn told me that they didn't have a dedicated team to address this, mostly because they're focused on the sequel, but that they're aware that the bug exists. For those of us who have the bug, I suppose all we can do is wait, if it ever gets addressed.

Cloudsave syncing might keep this achievement from being permanently bugged on one’s account. This actually saved me from having to replay the campaign of multiple Assassin’s Creed games. Just putting it out there. I’ve completed this game on switch when it came out, but I might do it again on xbox.

TEAM 17 is the worst for games, they never fix their issues and just move on i had the same issue with Knight Witch, no matter how many times i beta the game to get link 20 it would not unlock and i beat the game 5 times to 100% and nothing. I stay clear of this developer at all costs.

@NeverwinterMoon - Congrats. Must be nice. It's bugged for the rest of us who have discussed it in this thread. I assure you, I've checked that spot you're referring to (and I'm willing to bet most other people who have run into this issue have as well). It shows every in-game achievement unlocked there for me. Nothing is grayed out, and all 45 achievements are there (with the exception of The Penitent One, which I'm not even sure should be there... is it in your list?).

I got nothing. It's funny because with the sequel I've been able to get all of the achievements just fine. I would hope that with the developers having more experience working with Xbox, that we could get a better chance of a fix. But yeah to this day the achievement for me is still bugged.

“ We fully agree with you, and we wish we could do more as the Support Team, regrettably, we can only continue to highlight the issue internally to our teams, so we appreciate you coming to us. With that said, we hope to see a fix at some point in the future. “

Also, I just finished everything in the same save file. I originally finished all achievements on two files, being the speedrun and crossing roads on the second save. I re-did the speedrun and cross roads on the same original file. And nothing still. Just throwing this in here in case it saves time for you.

It’s possible, I did multiple saves and unlocking all achievements didn’t work for me but you do also need multiple saves for all the achievements so it’s hard to say

I think you can do the remaining achievements on a ng+, right?
I have read people saying that the bridge one works on ng+, so I guess I might be the reason why it's not unlocking? Idk, it's happened to me in other games due to the multiple saves.

It's not bugged. It's for getting all the achievements as they are listed in-game. Just check the in-game achievements menu (Main Menu > Extras > Achievements). I had Crossing Souls grayed out. I did get the Xbox achievement Crossing Souls, but that was on a different save. So here you go.
