    Level 2 - Hard (may not drop - possible solution - just go through the speedrun level again without collecting)
    Level 6 - Hard (may not drop - a possible solution is to turn off the network (Internet), then repeat the level 100%)

Mini guide. We go through clearing all levels 100%, after completing the game a fighter (Karateka) will open to you, we go through HARD and also clear the levels 100%.

On normal difficulty, it is enough to collect 90% of the collectibles and kill 90% of the enemies.
100% stripping is only needed on hard.

I went through levels from 4 to 6 in hard mode, having first turned off the Internet on the console, and for level 6 the trophy did not drop. It was only for the difficulty, for 100% of the enemies, that the collection fell. Replaying didn't help. Only after restarting the game and physically disconnecting the cable from the console, and not the optional one in the settings, did the trophy drop out.

If anyone has difficulty getting 100% on a difficult level, you can go to the door to the next sublevel and go back to clear and collect the remaining ones. The process will be saved as a percentage.
PS I myself suffered at level 4 100% when someone flew into the unknown.

Trophies for completing levels on hard are potentially glitchy!
I didn’t get the trophy for level 4, I had to replay it.
The problem is solved by disabling Internet access on the console.

Any trophy can glitch; I didn’t get “Level 6 - Normal” even after completing everything else. The trophy did not appear even after replaying the level. Thanks to user BigDogRule for the tip about disconnecting from the network, it really helped.
