First you need to get all 3 basic endings in the blazblue story and complete the 3 other stories before being able to do the cooperative ending. If you by chance did the other 3 stories before the 3 blazblue endings *DO NOT* get help from the 3 factions (Ruby, Chie, and Hyde) when prompted. I’ve read online that this may lock you into ending 1 but have never really tested all of the combinations myself so to be safe just follow along with the following.
I think skip mode is activated by clicking
so if you want to go quickly without reading I recommend having it auto skip rather than mashing 
Ending 1:
Don’t trust Rachel
Looking for Noel
Don’t Trust Hazama
Ending 2:
Trust Rachel
Looking for Rachel
Don’t trust Hazama
Ending 3:
Trust Hazama (nothing else matters)
Now if these are done and you’ve played through the other 3 start the blazblue episode again and input the following:
Trust Rachel
Something Fishy (Ruby)
Ask for help (Chie)
Looking for Noel
Accept Help(Hyde/Linne)
Don’t Trust Hazama

But in order to get it, you need to go through the prologue and the rest of the episodes not from the BB universe.
