From the hub click the 
button. Tab over to the customize tab. If it says to connect to the network do this as it is required to edit your player card. Then click the customize option. From here you can change your icon, vs plate, and title to anything, and you should have some options unlocked straight from the start. Once you save and return the achievement should unlock. If for whatever reason you don't have the customization pieces necessary, you can purchase extras from the item shop to the left side of the hub for cheap.
