I'm writing this in case you need an easy "D" for the Alphabet Challenge. The game is on Game Pass.
Every character can use a "Distortion Move". Once a battle commences, note the energy gauge at the bottom of the screen. To use the move, once this gauge is two-bars full, execute the following:

That's left stick down, down right, right, Y+B (press Y and B together).
If done correctly, the screen goes berserk a little and your character will execute a powerful move to unlock the achievement.
PS: I did this in a Survival game and it starts with the gauge already full. I'm not sure if it's the same with other modes.
