Play the 1st Mission on Normal and dont kill the enemies
grab the Laser Weapon (P)
hold X to charge the Weapon and try to kill 6 Enemies with one shot.
In the settings you can disable weapon change so you dont loose it when you get killed.

I don't belive turning auto swap off causes you to not loose equipped weapon upon death. It causes you to not auto swap to the newly picked up weapon.
