Well, maybe i can't say it is a guide but after i battle against that game for 11 days in a row work on this challenger achievement, im share a vídeo playthrough on my channel and maybe it can helps someone to conquerer this too...

Max made an excellent guide which helped me complete this game. I made my own video with commentary. If you actually go for this achievement, I hope Max's or my own video will prove useful to you. Good luck, and keep at it! Anyone can do it with enough practice.

I actually found this achievement to be much more manageable with Clawed Girl, given her ability to heal and reflect both colors of beams and physical attacks as well as being able to dash thru physical attacks. She can spam her reflect move to create a very effective umbrella against bullet hell sections as well, (this is especially useful in chapter 3 against the red sprite, in chapter 5 against the segment-slider, and against Valentine). She can't use white tho and she has a short range so certain sections will be a bit more drawn out (core phase 2 in zero-g in particular is an absolute slog with her). In general though, clawed girl is quite a bit safer, and her ability to heal definitely allows for more breathing room. If going as Clawed Girl, the biggest hurdle by far is going to be that damned core boss in ch5, given the very limited number of opportunities to deal damage (and thus charge your energy meter) while it constantly whittles away your health.
