How to unlock the S-Rank : Level 1 achievement in Bleed 2 - Definitive Guide

Since there was no guide I decided to put some advice I noticed. To get S rank, it appears at least one of the three categories (time, damage, style) needs to be S and the other 2 A rank.
Valentine on easy mode was my only hope as I'm personally not a hardcore gamer. She does make things a lot easier.
What seems to work for me is the following 3 tips:
1) taunt regularly ( at least every 10 seconds)
2) Charge up laser to use on bosses. This helps finish them quickly.
3) Don't get hit more than once or twice.
At least this is what worked for me. Hope this can help someone.
* suppose it's important to mention, Valentine has to be unlocked by defeating hard mode*
If anyone else knows more, please feel free to make another guide. I don't claim to be an expert.... Just thought I'd report what seemed to work for me.
