How to unlock the Room to Grow achievement in Bless Unleashed - Definitive Guide
You'll unlock your Estate after a short quest-line that unlocks after beating a certain boss during the story.
Once you beat him you'll have a short quest-line that ends at Sperios, and then you talk a soldier nearby that unlocks the estate. You can access the estate by going to the map, using to go to the estate tab, and then holding . At the estate you'll have a short quest-line that teaches you about the estate. You'll build your first two buildings and get 2 workers from the tavern. When you're in the estate you'll see a bar in the top left and your estate level. After doing the quests my estate was at 91% or so. I had my workers start tasks and went to sleep, when I woke up and got the items my estate reached level 2 (with 1% or so on the bar) and I got this achievement. Both creating buildings and having workers complete tasks will increase the bar. However making new buildings or upgrading current ones will give far more progress to the level of your estate than taking what your workers gather. I got 50% from upgrading my mine to level 2, whereas I get 1%-2% from getting all the stuff my workers at the orchard and mine got overnight. You should be checking the estate merchant every day and buying the upgrading materials there (at least the stone and wood to start) so you upgrade structures ASAP. I would also suggest using workers that have a high chance of making construction timber/construction stone (if they have a high chance, the item will have an up arrow by it) as the faster you upgrade everything, the faster you level and the faster you unlock more plots.
Note that the estate has its own warehouse separate from your character and account warehouse, so if you're struggling with space getting your estate up and running will help a lot. Level 1 gives 24 slots, I got 6 more at level 2, so I assume each level will give you 6 more.
