If you are still short on mines, Level 19.

Bombs make their first appearance on Level 11. If you completed the base game, this should auto-unlock upon starting the game. If you haven’t played the game yet or if this somehow doesn’t auto-unlock, play through or replay Level 11, destroy the first bomb (U then L [from the start point]), press 
and the bomb reappears when the level is reset. Repeat these two moves and keep resetting the level until the achievement unlocks.
