Achievement should automatically unlock after installing update (if you had the game completed/re-completed already).
If you are still short on teleports, Level 39.
Teleporter will be next to the start. Go Right, then Up. Then just teleport back and forth until you get the achievement.

Level 29 is also a good one. Teleporter is straight forward and you can press Y to restart after teleporting as well.

If you completed the base game, this should auto-unlock upon starting the game. If you haven’t played the game yet or if this somehow doesn’t auto-unlock, play through or replay Level 28, go through the first teleporter (U [from your start point]), continue with the moves U, D, then D, and repeat these four moves until the achievement unlocks.
