Teleporters are red, yellow or white translucent boxes that make their first appearance on Level 26. Running into one teleports you to the same color box located elsewhere in the level (e.g. red goes to red, yellow goes to yellow, etc.). If you are following solutions above, this should naturally unlock by Level 34.
There is a quicker way to unlock this achievement. In Level 28, when you go through the first teleporter (U [from your start point]), continue with the moves U, D, then D, and repeat these four moves until the achievement unlocks.
