Go into quick play mode and pick the first level of Fruit Smoothie. You just have to get 50 fruit into the mouth of the monster to get a bronze medal. This is pretty easy and you can miss a bunch of times and still get a bronze. Just be careful and try to time your shots properly. Ignore the flower and try to shoot around the snails when they appear.
You can do this in adventure mode, too, but it's a little quicker to start up from quick play and it's easier to restart if you start blowing it.

While playing through the game if you do well enough on a level you will unlock bronze, silver, and gold medals with gold being the most difficult and bronze the easiest to unlock.
Provided that you did well enough on the first (or any levels after) you will unlock this achievement when you earn your first medal. You are told what metal you’ve earned after you’ve finished the level.
