How to unlock the Bulldozer achievement in Blitz The League II - Definitive Guide
There are two methods I have seen work.
The first method is using Franchise as an LB. When you're on defense, pick the play Cover/Camp. As soon as you can control your team, press B once and move that player to the line. Press B six times and you should reach Sands (or if you attempt this earlier, some other guy). Put him on the line as well. Press Y to control Franchise and line up on the outside of the weaker side. It takes a few tries to press the buttons and get the line ups fast enough, but it'll become second nature. Once the ball is snapped, go for the sack.
Another method that requires less work is to go to Special/FG Block and flip the play. Line up Franchise on the weak side and go for the sack.
Both methods work much better if you purposely punt the ball the moment it is turned over on downs, that way you can maximize your sack attempts.

This one took me about 7-8 tries to get. Start a new campaign, focus Franchise's stats on SPD and TKL for the first few games.
Against the Hounds for the first time, just like Keizaron and Steaksaucepi said, choose a play where Sands is set to blitz, set him on the weak side of the offensive line, and go around him to sack the qb. To set him up, press Y to get Franchise, then Sands should be the next guy when you press B, run him to the line then press Y to get back to Franchise.
Here's some additional tips I figured out:
- The clock is your worst enemy: find ways to stop it any way possible. Tackle people out of bounds or injure them to stop the clock. Try to punt/kick off out of bounds. Use your timeouts before your opponent punts (setting up for a punt takes about 12 seconds).
- if you punt immediately when you get the ball and end up trailing in points, the other team will milk the clock at the end of each half.
- If you score some points and get a lead, the opponent will get desperate and try deep passes, but in the 4th quarter he'll start using the slo-mo dodge thing all the time. If you don't have at least 8-9 sacks going into the 4th, you will have a very hard time getting 10.
- Before the game, juice Franchise with either the +2 stamina every play or the one that drains enemy clash meter every time Franchise tackles someone.
- Keep in mind, causing major injuries to the QB will put another fresh QB in play. On the game I won the achievement, i ended up causing 3 minor injuries to Conrad Damon. Each time he loses about 20 stamina and comes back on the field in a play or two. Once he's beat up pretty bad (in the red), he'll move like an old man and be really easy to hit. Until he gets to this point, always clash hit him, but NOT if you've got "Unleashed", as it may knock him out of the game. After he's in the red, just hold RT for turbo off the line and don't clash hit him anymore.
- If you take the first and second string QB's out of the game, the 3rd (last) QB cannot be injured since there's no one to replace him with. Almost every clash/injury tackle will result in a Fumble, which DOES NOT count as a sack, no matter who recovers it. Try to keep Conrad in the game if you can.
- Some games I got pretty lucky, and some games i just couldn't get a sack to save my life. If you don't have at least 5 sacks by halftime, you won't get it. Quit out of the game and try again. On the game I got it, i had 7 sacks before halftime and poor Conrad was a broken man.
- According to the developers, your opponents get stat boosts every time you run the same play twice or more in a row. Try to avoid this and just pick a few plays that work. My favorites are Man Tiger, Barrel Blitz, Cobra, and Star. Anything should work as long as Sands has an arrow forward and isn't supposed to block (and the offense chooses to pass).
- Be patient. There's a reason the TA Ratio is high :)
Good Luck!

As originally described in this thread, your best bet for this is in D3, the first game vs. the Hounds. He described it very well so read that and you shouldn't have much trouble. Again, setting the game to easy is key for these two achievements.
