I would keep a pen and paper handy as you work on this and write down what teams you've won with. Every time you go to a new game, make sure you're using a new team. Obviously best to boost for this by quitting out of matches as that counts as a win for that team. You can only check progress on this while inside an online match (pause and choose "achievements"), but once that hits 100% you will need to play out a full match (win or lose) for it to unlock.
