You have to beat prison ball during main campaign in order to unlock it on the bonus mode menu. On the main menu, go to options, and change the quarters to 1 minute, difficulty easy.
Back out to the menu again, and go to Bonus, then select Prison Ball. Choose your campaign team. Select your opponents to be a really bad team division 3 team.
After the game starts, use the play Camp > Cover on defense, and use the solution for

to line up your players to enable easier sacks.
Once their team gets a turnover on downs, your first play should be Empty > QB Dash. Make sure you get tackled in bounds so that the clock keeps running. Allow as much time to run off the choose play clock as possible, and then pick the same play. Before you hike the ball, let the play clock run down all the way, and the ball will auto-hike. Run the ball and get tackled in bounds again. Repeat this until a) you score, or b) time runs out.
Each play you pick should run at least 30 seconds off the play clock, so as long as you don't get an injury, the clock will keep going. 4 downs on offense, and it should be very close to halftime. Repeat for the second half, and the achievement will unlock after the game.

Change the quarter length to one minute and difficulty to easy to make this easier. Anytime you have the ball, rush and run down as much clock as possible before running the next play, but always get a touchdown to fill your clash. When they get the ball, use a big clash hit and try to get a turnover. You'll have the hang of defense if you've played the campaign at all.
