This achievement is for forcing three turnovers with Franchise. You have to do all three during the course of one division (3, 2 or 1) they don't carry over to the new division after you win the championship.
If Franchise recovers a fumble or intercepts a pass, you'll get credit towards the achievement. Also, if Franchise hits a player and causes a fumble you'll get credit. Your team doesn't have to recover the fumble as long as Franchise is the one that caused it.

The, Pants, Party
Allow your opponent to pass the ball, then either try to intercept it (clash mode will help) or just line him up with Franchise and use a dirty/clash hit on the ball carrier (LT+A) and hope that you hit them hard enough that they will lose the ball. From there, you'll need to recover the fumble as well.
