DO NOT USE YOUR CUSTOM TEAM IF YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A CAMPAIGN. YOUR STATS MAY BE AFFECTED WHEN TAKING THE TEAM ONLINE. IF YOU ARE DONE WITH THE CAMPAIGN OR HAVE A NEW TEAM YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THEN GO AHEAD.
The quickest way is to follow this method:
Person 1 who is collecting the wins MUST HOST the match, it will not work if the winner is the guest.
Player 2 joins the game.
Start the game and after the kickoff run one play after that.
Then Player 2 quits the match and the win is counted.
The achievement(s) will not pop until a full game is completed. Player 1 must win this game too.
When the 10th game is completed (must be a game played in full)the 2 achievements will pop for the 1W and 10W with your campaign team and maybe Ownage too if you dont have 10 total wins yet.

Not to sound like a jerk, but I had to do the opposite of the above to get the online wins to unlock for me. ROFL and Bling Bling unlocked with me hosting and having the other person quit, but I noticed my wins weren’t being added to the leaderboard.
So, I tried having Player 2 host and having them quit after the kickoff/completed play. The win appeared on the leaderboard. I did this 24 more times, and finally played a full game (again, with Player 2 hosting). All my “wins” achievements popped at once.
