Domination is a game mode you can turn on in a quick play game. It is unlocked in the process of beating Training Camp.
Go to Quick Play, pick teams (it makes sense to be the home team and receive the ball first), and on the next screen you can press Y to access game options. Select Domination, put the difficulty to easy and quarter length to 1 minute just to save yourself some time, and start the game.
Basically, Domination is like playing "winners" in basketball. Every time your team scores, you RECEIVE the following kick off instead of kicking off to your opponent. So just keep scoring when you have the ball and you'll win easily. If you started as the home team, you will have to kick off to your opponent at the start of the 3rd quarter. The only way you'll get the ball back now is by forcing a turnover, which you should be able to do easily.
Achievement unlocks when you go to the Game Wrap-Up screen once the game ends.

Super easy to obtain. Domination games are were the winner keeps control of the ball. So score once and waste the rest of the time.
Note: You can get all three of these achievements: "Underdog", "Butterfingaz", and "Domination" during the same game.
