Start a campaign and choose the HB as your rookie. Focus on rushing plays only. I pretty much stuck to the Power: Toss Left play and easily racked up the yardage in game one against Arizona.
Use your Juke and Stiff-arm with Clash to help pick up additional yardage. If you find yourself consistently running out of time before you can set your gameplay options to Easy difficulty, and let the AI score as fast as possible when they get possession to preserve time on the clock. You don't need to win for this Achievement, just rack up the yards.
The Achievement will unlock at the end of the game.
