The best way I found to force turnovers is with the veteran LB.
First score quickly, then for the kickoff be sure to pick an onside kick every time. After the kickoff the veteran LB will usually be the first to approach the ball carrier. It is very easy to force fumbles this way, hence the purpose of the onside kick in this game. Sometimes the CPU will recover the ball but oh well, you only need 7 in a season. DO NOT use unleash while on Special Teams, you don’t need it on ST to force a fumble after an onside kick, you will need it while on Defense. This method is the more productive of the two.
When on Defense set up for the Manvalance tactics and continue to sack the QB. While on Defense using Unleash is the best way to force a fumble, but only use Unleash on a sack or a loss in yardage, you will need the clash that comes after Unleash. A dirty hit is the next best way to force a fumble, especially if the QB’s stamina is low. This method is not as productive as the onside kick one but you can not always be on Special Teams.

this solution is very effective. the onside kick works perfect. Hit all the buttons correctly while kicking the ball to the right, and you can get the turnovers. I have 5 already in Division 3.

Again using the Manvalanche setup blitz but do not sack the quarterback just pressure him and allow him to throw it. Switch to a defender and wipeout the receiver. Then switch to your veteran safety and go for the INT. I’ve found it easier to do once you’ve purchased the Spider-Web gloves from the equipment shop. You can also go for the sack and fumble using your safety, however I’ve found it easier to get the INT because the computer is always going into Clash when they throw making it easier to get the INT.

Personally, the method I used for this achievement was have my veteran be a LB and pretty much rush the opposing QB every play. Eventually you'll force 7 fumbles and it'll pop after that game.
