Very easy. Start a new campaign, choose your favorite race and start on Easy.
Play the 1st venue, win 4 games and the Achievement will unlock.
NOTE - these difficulty Achievements do NOT stack, so you will have to do this 3 times, on the different difficultys.

I think im going to try this but start on the harder setting to see if they do stack and i will post back when im done.

It seems that this does stack - at least with the Medium achievement. I started my first campaign on Medium, and when I won the first competition both achievements unlocked.
