Blood Waves

Very easy achievement, purchase a zombie grinder from the Armory section (Costs $10,000). Enter build mode to place the grinder in the middle of the arena. Then finally kill yourself by walking into it.

I would suggest doing this as early as possible, as dying will put you back to wave 1.
