If you killed the Messenger of Heaven, then you go down breaking the glass. Kill the monsters, take the Call Outside magic, go down the elevator. There are some squids waiting for you below, I call them. So you kill them and enter the arena. The head is vulnerable (like Amygdala), I killed this boss on New Game+ with a friend, the friend had a +10 weapon, I don’t remember which one, I beat the boss with Tonitrus pumped up to +7 and also samovets. The boss is not very difficult, it just takes a long time to kill.
After the boss, you will immediately receive a Chalice.
