How to unlock the Darkbeast Paarl achievement in Bloodborne - Definitive Guide

Darkbeast Paarl is an optional boss who you may or may not encounter during your playthrough of the game. He is a sub-boss of Yahar'gul, Unseen Village, and he guards the door that connects it back to Old Yharnam. You can encounter him early on in the game (as your 5th or 6th boss) by letting one of the "death eater" enemies who carry sacks on their shoulders kill you. This will cause you to wake up deep inside Yahar'gul, and one of the ways to escape this area is to kill Darkbeast Paarl. However, he is extremely challenging when you encounter him early in the game, so it is recommended that you avoid this if possible.

If you did not encounter him early in the game, you can find him later on by going to the lamp at the bottom of Yahar'gul (where you fought The One Reborn) and backtracks into town a bit. He isn't difficult to find if you search around the lower areas of the village. See the following video guide:

How to Defeat Darkbeast Paarl - Defeat Darkbeast Paarl.

This boss and trophy are fairly easy to unlock. This battle can be very easy if you summon the NPC. During the battle the Darkbeast will aggro on the NPC making it much easier to deal dps.

Once you have defeated the boss your trophy should pop! Enjoy!

You should be extremely aggressive with this boss. The more you attack, the less chance you give him to attack. The main goal is to get close, knock him down and then perform a finishing attack that will take off a third of his life. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Video to help https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYE0...ature=youtu.be

I also tried frying it in between. It doesn't cook well, don't waste your time.

You can get to the boss from the village of Yaargul. The passage is shown in the video guide at 34:30:

You can kill him later in the game, when you find yourself in Yaargul, the character will be seriously upgraded and defeating this boss will not be difficult.

The boss is quite easy, we take Henrik's set (he has the best lightning protection). We hit him on the head with an enhanced attack, after which we carry out a finishing move, Paarl gets up and tries to charge again, and at this time we are preparing another attack on the head. In 3-4 times the boss dies.

After killing the Bloodthroat, enough of these men with bags appear, we just choose the one we like. There is one next to the Cathedral District, we just go out through the short path to the Great Cathedral, turn off after the cart, where the crows used to be. So you can get to Prison even before killing Vicar Amelia

It would be easiest to kill him, as it seemed to me. After you knock him down the first time (his lightning ability turns off and he becomes weak), do not go far, when he wants to turn on the ability again, just knock him down again. And so on until the bitter end.

Wear clothing with maximum lightning protection. Failed the boss the second time, did not cause any difficulties https://youtu.be/w8_laxtart8

To get in, you need to either kill Rom the spider, or get a sufficient number of insight points and to the right of the main cathedral (if you look at the cathedral), where we meet 2 hunters, go left and go up the hill, there we let the mob with the bag kill us and find ourselves in prison yaar hum, we go upstairs and be sure to light the lantern, then we go down two flights and go into the doorway, we run past two grandmothers, on the left side past the mobs with a bag and then to the right into a hole in the wall, there will be a lock with a boss.

After 3 hours of pain and suffering, I realized that simply being aggressive and waving a weapon is not enough. He has a vulnerable spot - his tailbone. hit it exactly there, this way he will fall very often and you will be able to finish him off. Don't just wave your weapon around.
Well, if you want things to speed up, then I advise you to buy or find “ fire paper ”. Thus, when this creature has fallen, we use paper and try to hit quickly and accurately. I hope I will help someone and someone will not fight this boss for 3 hours.

The boss looks complicated, I thought so myself, but then I found his weak point and everything went like clockwork
The main question is: how to get to him? You need to get close to him, and when he swings you need to dive under him. Once under the boss, we hit his legs and knock him down. If you don’t fall the first time, crawl away, accumulate stamina and repeat
Important points:
After falling, he moves to the side (sometimes immediately, sometimes not) in order to become electrified. You shouldn't approach him at these moments.
When he has a little HP left, he carries out an almost one-shot attack with an explosion of electricity (he himself merged several times), so you need to be as careful as possible. And in the first stages of the battle it’s better not to miss this attack, it demolishes a lot
