How to unlock the Rune Master achievement in Bloodborne - Definitive Guide

The first one of these that I found was the Formless Odeon rune. After you have killed the Blood Starved Beast a extra passageway opens up in the Cathedral Ward. There is an elevator here and as you go up the elevator you will notice an opening into a small area.

Rune Master - Acquire an extremely precious Caryll Rune.

Teleport to the Cathedral Ward and head up the elevator. Turn around and walk against the wall as it is going up and run through the opening in the wall. Walk left around the corner and down the alley and drop down. Run through the door and open the chest and your trophy should pop! Enjoy!

Once you unlock Cathedral ward Location can do this trophy / achievement easily.

Can be found quite early in the game. In the church where the NPC asks you to bring other survivors to him, you need the right door. It will open soon after you get to that location. Run through, kill the disabled person with a machine gun and run onto the elevator. After you get on the elevator, turn around to face the direction from which you came running. During the ascent, there will be an opening into which you need to jump, and then there will be a chest with a rune.
