How to unlock the Yharnam Sunrise achievement in Bloodborne - Definitive Guide

This is one of the game's three ending trophies, along with "Honouring Wishes" and "Childhood's Beginning". After defeating Mergo's Wet Nurse, return to Hunter's Dream. Go through the iron gate near the bottom of the area that is now open, and talk to the man in the wheelchair. You will be given a choice. To earn this trophy, choose the top option, "Submit your Life". This is the "easy" ending for the game, as you do not have to fight any more bosses to earn it.

After we have defeated the boss "NurseMergo" we go to the hunter's dream, go through the iron gates and talk to the man in the wheelchair.

Select: “Submit your life” and get the trophy.

Attention! If you get platinum for 1 playthrough, then this ending should NOT be the last!!!

So that in “New Game+” you could get a trophy for the missing weapon (the Burial Blade), and with it platinum.

THREE ENDINGS!!!
People for those who are in the tank once again.
If you don’t want to go through the game THREE times, for the sake of three endings, don’t, it’s not necessary. Just collect three umbilical cords. And after you kill the Nurse, her mother Mergo, enter the hunter’s dream and exit the game. Next, save the game to a USB flash drive. And after that do the endings. The first one is done, we exit the game and load the save from the flash drive and do the second one. And then we also do the third one. And before the final ending, eat THREE Umbilical Cords!

If you've been grinding the dungeons to find Queen Yharnam, you can spend a couple of minutes finding the Burial Blade there too. Chalice of the Ancestors of Pthumeru, glyph nzzn259g (1st layer, area in front of the lamp). And make the last ending whatever you want.
