This is unlocked by getting at least B rank in the final level against Mrs. Crow. Just go to accessibility options and turn on invincible mode and you should get it easily.
Super quick quide against the boss (I advice to dodge but if you have invincibility on then you really don't need to):
- First area: Pick up the knife. Dodge the arrows until the boss appears and quickly hit her. Repeat three times.
- Second area: Grab the axe and dodge the arrows from the sky while looking for a tree that has feathers ruffling around it. You can also hear the boss near the tree. Chop the three down and hit the boss. Repeat three times.
- Third area: Dodge both the arrows from the sky and the flying boss with green feathers. When the boss flies by with black feathers, then she is vulnerable and you can hit her. Repeat three times.
