Bloodroots

Found in the very first numbered level (1-1). At the 4th "Clear this area" task (when you first start seeing barrels, and are able to ride a cart), to the right of the house and up a few cliffs, there's a black wolf on a ledge. You need to kill 2 enemies below the wolf, grab a ladder, and use it to propel yourself up to the ledge. Touching the wolf immediately unlocks the achievement.

The first wolf (that i found) was towards the end of 1-4

Near the end you have to use a pole and vaukt over gaps without falling down the cliff below, instead of going right and following that path, there is a hidden path behind the trees just at the start of this section. Use your pole vault and climb up the cliff, keep going up (north) and you with come to a landing that is tiny, keep going and you will eventually find a black wolf sitting at the end
