How to unlock the Keeper of the deep achievement in Bloodroots - Definitive Guide

Not sure which part triggers the unlocking of the Fish Hat, but I turned on "Invincibility" in the Assist Options and finished 1-4 with the following:
Total Score: 86,044 (65K required per Honcho)
Total Time: 4:34.658
Rank: A-
I kept swapping weapons and hitting enemies as quickly as possible. If your weapon breaks, continue punching enemies near you so you continue to maintain your combo. Overall, it isn't difficult as I was able to unlock this on my first attempt.
P.S. According to Brain5454 you can also get this achievement by using the "Clear Areas" cheat in the Assist Options Menu. Thanks for the additional tip!!
