You can use the rabbit hat too for extra insurance. Makes you run faster.

2-2 is insanely easy. Sub 2 min without the rabbit hat.

Any tips for people who don't want to use the cheats?

OK, boss fight of Act 2 doesn't count for this apparently, completed it in 3:14, no pop. I guess the boss fight isn't a "level".

OK, just did it in 2-1. Not too bad if you play the level a few times to learn it. Pretty much need to not die, or have only a couple deaths depending on where you die.

2-2 is so much easier than 2-1. There's too many bouncy pads in 2-1, it makes it quite difficult. 2-2 with Bunny Hat is best.
