1-2. Clear the first section. Once you enter the next area there should be a saber and a cliff side to the right. Just walk off the edge 50 times for easy achievement.
Can also get the 100 death one this way.
Needs to be in one go I believe, does not stack with other runs, the “total death” counter does not matter for this.
