1-2. Clear the first section. Once you enter the next area there should be a saber and a cliff side to the right. Just walk off the edge 100 times for easy achievement. Will also accumulate “Ned Ryerson!” using this method
Needs to be in one try, exiting out of the level resets the achievement, so the “total deaths” counter on each level doesn’t actually matter

Fun fact the achievement title is a reference to a line in The Gunslinger by Stephen King (first book in the Dark Tower series)

The easiest and fastest way to get this is to press "esc" if you're playing in windows like me then restart area.
Do it 100 times and the achievement is yours.
Work for the other achievement that says die 50 times too.
