As it says, you have to complete the map which means getting 100%. Here is a link to a picture of the 100% map for reference.

So I guess this can get glitched? My map says 100% but no achievement and I even have rooms that don't show up on that map in your post. Like 2 secret rooms in that zone after the train ride (one is 2 squares down/left of the fast travel there and other is in room four right and one up from save room)

I was at 100% then I found the 2nd room fallouthirteen talked about and that brought my map to 100.10% then the achievement popped for me.

Ok, that comment helped me out. Turns out I was missing a hidden room in the Entrance area, a room that had a Santa hat. My achievement just unlocked at 100.1%

This appears to have been patched and now unlocks at 100% map completion without the added 0.1. Also the 8 Bit Nightmare section doesn't contribute to your map completion, I was wondering but couldn't find it stated anywhere whether it would or not.

TromWarrior you are missing a room in Livre ex Machina. It's to the left of Celeste's room. To access it go to the room that contained the drink/R item. The entrance to the room you are missing will be at the top left of this room.

Here's a site with the complete map with important rooms, including hidden rooms, color coded to make them easier to find. They also have each map section shown separately further down the page which may help to locate your last few missing rooms.

I know it shows 100% on that map but it's not complete. It's missing the room in the Underground Sorcery Lab down and to the left from the teleport room and another room up and right from the save room near there.
